Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomptuercorner.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $2000.00 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment.. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomptuercorner.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and paid for. If payment has already been submitted for the purchase and the order is canceled, Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com shall immediately issue a refund in the amount of the payment.
Returns
For assistance or to exchange a defective product please email our RMA Department. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and include all disks, packing materials and other accessories and be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We have the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com. This return policy excludes any listing that state Sold As Is.

Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com supplied products come with a 30-Day, 90-Day, 1-Year or 2-Year limited warranty. To determine which warranty came with your came with your hardware product, see your invoice and/or packing slip.
Limited warranties are not transferable. The following sections describe the limited warranties and return policy.
What is covered by limited warranty:
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in you Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner supplied hardware products, including Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com supplied peripheral products.
What is not covered by limited warranty:
Software, including the operating system and software added to the Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com supplied hardware products through our factory-integration system, third-party software, or the reloading of software.
Non-Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com factory-integrated products and accessories.
Problems that result from: External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse or problems with electrical power, Servicing not authorized by Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com, Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions, Failure to follow the product instructions or failure to perform preventive maintenance, Problems caused by using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Computer Corner, Inc and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com, Products with missing or altered components or serial numbers, Products for which we have not received payment.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FORM STATE TO STATE (OR JURISDICTION TO JURISDITION). COMPUTER CORNER, INC AND/OR WWW.ONLINECOMPUTERCORNER.COM’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD REFLECTED ON YOU PACKING SLIP OR INVOICE. Limited Warranty Service
Before the warranty expires, as stated on your packing slip or invoice, email our RMA Department for a Return Authorization Number. Please include your order number, description of problem you are experiencing, along with your name and phone number that we may contact you. Upon issuance of RMA, we will repair any Computer Corner, Inc. and/or www.onlinecomputercorner.com supplied hardware products that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship. If we are not able to repair the product, we will replace it with a comparable product that is new or refurbished. You must return the products to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping charges. We will return the repaired or replacement products to you. We will pay to ship the repaired or replaced products to you. Otherwise we will ship the product to you COD. If we determine that the problem is not covered under this warranty, we will notify you and inform you of service alternatives that are available to you on a fee basis.
Please note: BEFORE YOU SHIP THE PRODUCT(S) TO US, MAKE SURE TO BACK UP THE DATA ON THE HARD DRIVE(S) AND ANY OTHER STORAGE DEVICE(S) IN THE PRODUCT(S). REMOVE ANY CONFIDENTIAL, PROPRIETARY OR PERSONAL INFORMATION, REMOVABLE MEDIA, SUCH AS FLOPPY DISKS, CDs, OR PC CARDS.
